Each product from Sprint Filter features our uniquely engineered, micro-calibrated polyester filtering elements. A decade ago, in 2010, Sprint Filter began a transformative modernization of its manufacturing facilities, making a strategic entry into the motorcycle market. Today, the brand enjoys the trust of over 70% of MotoGP teams and serves as the OEM supplier for select Ducati and Aprilia sportbike models. In addition, Sprint Filter is a key player in the
International TCR series and national TCR circuits. As of 2019, the company proudly serves as the technical supplier for all Honda Civic Type-R TCR and Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR vehicles. Beginning in 2023, this will extend to include all Toyota Corolla GRS TCR models. In the past half-decade, Sprint Filter’s P08, P037, and P08F1-85 models have set the industry standard in both aftermarket and racing sectors. In a pivotal move in October 2018, the company overhauled its automotive air filter and intake manufacturing processes to expand its product line, thereby catering to a broader range of vehicles on today’s roads.

Current production vehicles are typically equipped with paper filters, while performance vehicles used oil-soaked cotton or sponge. An air filters job is to guarantee good airflow while preventing significant particles from ending up in the engine. These two operations naturally oppose each other and that is where Sprint Filters’ polyester filtering fabric takes a leap above the rest.
Polyester fabric is extremely permeable, stable and is not affected by folding during construction. Cotton filters, on the other hand, have a weaving that depends on the overlapping of numerous layers, leading to poor flow in some areas and ineffective filtration in others.

In addition to these, Sprint Filter’s new non-woven fabrics T12 and T14 offer even

All these rates significantly outperform the 76.42% efficiency of 4-layer oil-soaked cotton.All Sprint Filter media consist of either a single polyester membrane or a single non-woven fabric, ensuring no unwanted material separation.
The construction precision of the polyester filter offers equal filtration that remains constant over time. By contrast, a cotton filter has extremely variable openings, from just a few microns to several tenths. The homogeneous and compact filtering element consist of a thin filament of polyester fabric forming a mesh of a dozen of microns, capable of trapping all significant particles and ensuring a very high airflow.
